HLCP is now VISTA compatible!


1. The problem of registration of HLCP with response number has been solved. You may now use the Response number you had generated, and register HLCP, which was not occuring in about 10% of the cases.

2. We have also provided a Comprehensive HLCP Help file now in a compiled format external to the HLCP program which is accessible on the CD. Please copy the HLCP Help file to a suitable directory. The help file runs independently of HLCP. The help file menu gives the option to keep "Always On Top", which is the default.

20 flash animations are also accessible from the Help file through clickable links, which would help demonstrate HLCP to users.

3. Film coefficient values were wrongly reported. This is now corrected.

4. Windows shades is currently commented.

5. Windows upper dimensional limits have been removed. Windows can be as large as required. However, windows which are very small compared to the wall area, may bot display a load value.

6. India map (PDF) showing Cities and States for all 58 weather stations can be accessed from the Help menu. This would help in determining proximity of a city for which weather data is not available.

7. At present there is one common database for all data values including any U value or Windows Construction that you may create. We intend to create a separate database for the U values and Window constructions, so that HLCP updates do not over-write user-created U values. The next version will OVERWRITE the current database! So kindly create limited U values as required, knowing that the database will be overwritten in the next version.
